Please notice: When you order goods from our Online Store for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
All prices are shown in US dollars. For currency conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter
Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.
There are two shipping methods:
Registered air mail: Shipping cost $15.00 USD or Free Shipping over 100$ purchase (Estimated Delivery Time 14-60 Working Days)
Express Via EMS: Shipping cost $40.00 USD (Estimated Delivery Time 3-7 Working Days)
We will sent you a confirmation email upon receiving your order within our online store’s system. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, chances are high that your order won’t be shipped. In order to avoid such discomfort, please contact our online sales coordinator by email with your order number.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the package is shipped out of our warehouse. The email will include the Registered Airmail/EMS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking Order Status link in the top header of the site.
In Cases of ‘Temporarily Out Of Stock’
If one or more item is out of stock, you will be contacted by us with an offer to choose another item instead for the same total, or receive a credit for the missing item. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order anytime in Order Status. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
To check the status of your order anytime:
- Click Order Status and sign in using your email address and password or your email address and order number.
- This will bring to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from EMS.
Please note, once shipped out of Israel, packages sent via registered air mail cannot be tracked down during the delivery to destination. EMS packages on the other hand, can be tracked down at any time via EMS Tracking service
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Sunday through Thursday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Friday, Saturday, or holidays.
• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Purchase Cancellation & Refunds Policy
You can cancel an order within 14 days of making the transaction according to the latest provided the cancellation is made at least 2 days other than rest days** before the date of delivery of the product the cancellation will be done by sending a cancellation email to the [email protected].
Refunds, exchange, and returns will only be issued subject to approval for the valid
reasons mentioned below:
- defects in design, materials, and workmanship
- the products being past their expiry dates at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect products delivered compared to ordered products
- Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment.
Refunds, exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchased the products on the Site and the Site may ask for further identification.
We only offer replacement of faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality, expired or incorrect products within 7 days from the date of the receipt of your written replacement request, which shall be submitted by you on the same day you received your order and discovered the faulty/incorrect product. In this case, we will replace it for you free of charge. You shall provide pictures of damaged/faulty, unsatisfactory quality, expired or incorrect products with your written replacement/return request delivery.
We at health & beauty do our best to give you the best products possible, however if there is a problem with one of our products you can contact us regarding it up to 30 days from receiving the product.
